How do I wire neon lights to my parking lights?

I have a 2007 Mazda 6 and i have four neon (they’re actually L.E.D.) light bars that I want to turn on (and stay on) when I turn on my head lights (or parking lights). The light bars are 12v (no cigarette lighter attachment). Can someone please tell me what I have to run the wires to. Thanks!
